As part of the Palisades Legends community, Mesa Sunrise is located along the Fruit and Wine byway, with easy access to year-round hiking, shopping, and local events all along the Colorado River Valley. Local attractions include the Palisade Plunge bike trail, Historic Downtown Palisade and the Colorado River trailway, which is located within walking and biking distance, and offers paved trails from Palisade to Fruita. Main Street Grand Junction is also a short 10-minute drive and features local restaurants, coffee shops and one of kind shopping experiences.
After a day of exploring, enjoy a dip in the Palisade Legends pool (open mid-May to end of September), then retreat to your private backyard with Blackstone BBQ gas grill (including pizza oven), a gas fire pit with Adirondack chairs for relaxing, and covered dining area. While you're here, enjoy views of Mt Garfield and watching awe-inspiring sunrises over The Grand Mesa, all while walking our community trails. Bike storage is available within our private carport to keep your wheels ready and accessible at all times.

Mesa Sunrise features personalized energy efficient heating & cooling zones in each room to ensure every guest is comfortable and cozy at all times. Both guest rooms and the kitchen/living area open to your private patio. Bistro set and bench swing available for extra outdoor seating on the spacious front porch. Accommodations are furnished with sofa bed, love seat and dining table. Kitchen offers coffee/tea maker, refrigerator, gas stovetop, microwave, toaster oven, and cookware/dishes/utensils. Bathroom includes spacious walk-in shower with heater, hair dryer and washer/ dryer.
Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wireless Internet. Smart televisions are featured in kitchen/living area and both guest rooms. Cable TV available or binge watch on your favorite Apps!

Nice area if you don't mind driving further. - Keypad was not set up correctly and had to reach host so that took awhile from check-in. - The bedroom closest to the washroom has a bumpy mattress and needs to be changed out if two people are sleeping on it. - The hot water on demand system is located in the closet, so it can be heard should some use the faucet / shower in the morning. - The neighbour likes to play his guitar the "whole day" and can be heard from all rooms. - There is contruction still going on in the complex so that starts at 700am for digging and drilling - Its not a BBQ but a flat top grill. Needed to use foil wrap to cook a lot of our items. - no local TV, had to use our Netflix, Disney, and Prime Subscriptions. No biggie. TV in every room. Wifi was spotty in the bedroom we stayed in. Pros:- lots of towels and kitchen supplies. - Hot tub, was set at 103, hot and super clean. - Washer / Dryer (can pack less) - Gas Firepit for outdoor lounging - Amble seating and tables for outdoor dining

We stayed at Mesa Sunrise for 4 nights. It had everything we needed and things I pack as an over-prepared mom. They thought of all the little things, the little community was quiet, stylish, and perfect for our daily adventures.
