The property was very clean and located in a great area. We had a wonderful time here.

The house was located only a half mile or so from downtown Fruita, was verry clean and well stocked with necessary items. The bedrooms were of a good size with comfortable beds, though the 3 bedrooms are upstairs with one of two bathrooms upstairs as well. I'd stay here again.
