It is more of a year around neighbor and the park for the kids is less than 1000 feet away. If you are interested in renting bikes that the bike shop is located on 8th at Atlantic avenue and easy to jump on to the boardwalk and be at Village fudge kitchen. 2 blocks from Gillians Wonderland and 1 block from the water slides.
