About this apartment rental
Centrally located 1st floor unit in Ocean City offering modern amenities with the charm we all love! This property offers two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two pullout couches and a roll-away bed to accommodate up to 8 guests. New kitchen upgrades, including beautiful granite countertops. Your home away from home also includes A/C, Washer/Dryer, WiFi, 3 HD TVs with cable and premium channels included, Outdoor shower... all on 7th Street between the beach/boardwalk and all the shopping OC offers!

To get here, simply walk to the right side of the house, take a left toward the patio, and head up a few small steps to find the front door.
Inside, you'll enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room with a pull-out couch for extra flexibility. We hope you feel right at home!

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site.
Per ocean city short-term rental ordinance the person booking must provide a photo of their ID which matches their profile name to prove they are over 21. Also to note there can never be more then the amount booked guests on-premise. Unfortunately you will not receive check in information until this is provided and it must be provided prior to check in day (unless it is a same day booking).
1) No smoking on premise in or around the property inside the house - $250 fine if detected
2) No more than the number of people booked ON-PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person detected
3) Please remove shoes.
4) Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am (50 decibels). We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property.
5) Must have a valid govt ID & phone number on file.
6) Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay.
7) We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion
8) Primary guest ID must match the name on my profile when checked by my host, and if there is anyone under 21 in the group the person booking & checking in must be over 25.
9) Pet fee is $80/pet.

The property was clean, cute, & worked perfectly for 4 adults & 3 children. Only a few blocks from the beach & a block away from the shops on Asbury. 2 beach wagons, chairs, & an umbrella beach tags came with the property for family fun at the beach!Would definitely book here again!
