5 bedroom, 3 bath close to everything Ocean City has to offer! THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT ACCEPT SENIOR WEEK GROUPS. Park the car (2 spots included) and bike or walk to everything. 3 1/2 blocks to the beach and boardwalk and 1 block to stores and restaurants on Asbury Avenue. The house set up is perfect for multi-family rentals with 3 bedrooms and a bath on 2nd floor and an additional 2 bedrooms and a bath on the 3rd floor. New carpet in 2020. Please note that 3rd full bath is a fully enclosed, cabana style full bath located on rear 1st floor porch. Storage for bikes and beach equipment. Pets accepted with owner approval - Pet fee.
