Apartment was as described, cute and cozy. We brought our pup. The area was great, near shopping and downtown, close to boardwalk and beach. Ben was very communicative and responsive. The only negative was the humidity in the apartment. The AC did not keep up with the humidity and the dehumidifier didn’t make a dent either. Other than this, we enjoyed our stay and Ben is a great host.

Place is small/not modern, but very good location. Good for a small family with 1-2 kids. (No bathtub for toddler/baby) Very short walk to the main avenue and to boardwalk/beach with lots of stores and restaurants. Able to eat breakfast outside on the deck, enjoy the deck at night. Check for tags when you get in, Beach tag was missing when we arrived but the host quickly responded and dropped it off the next morning. Quick and responsive host.
