Our Place In the Sun, is 588 glorious square feet one minute walk to the beach. One bedroom (private) one bathroom with a queen size bed, queen sleeper sofa. Located in midtown within walking distance to restaurants. Convention Center is across the street.

Location was great and the beach was within a very short walk, the unit had everything you needed to be comfortable. I asked my girlfriend to marry me on the beach while we watched the sunrise one morning and she said yes. We enjoyed our selfs so much we extended our stay a couple days. We are looking forward to coming back and bringing family to enjoy it with us also.

Very impressed with the size of the condo. Very happy with how well appointed the condo was furniture and kitchen wise. The condo is just steps from the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

This one bedroom condo has a good shower, washer, dryer, microwave, full kitchen, eating area, and large enough living area. The TVs were newer and the place was clean. The walk to the beach was short.
