Direct Oceanfront one bedroom condo in midtown Ocean City! Enjoy the perfect vacation in this updated, clean oceanfront condo just steps to the beach and Atlantic Ocean. The bedroom has two double beds and there is also a queen-sized sleep sofa so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. You'll also enjoy free high-speed internet/Wi-Fi and two smart TVs so you can stream your favorites shows (with your login credentials.) There is a washer/dryer in the condo, the building has elevator, and you get one assigned parking spot. This condo is located on the second floor in the Diamond Beach building on 38th St. Not only are you steps to the beach, you're also across the street from the convention center and performing arts center. Everything is close - you're a short walk to shopping, restaurants and of course the famous boardwalk!
*Pillows and blankets/comforters are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $99.00. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
***We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.
*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.
* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.
Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.

Being right on the beach was amazing! To wake up to and wind down every night on the balcony with that view was the best part. We stayed in town for the Ocean's Calling festival, and the distance to the boardwalk was not bad at all. It was just enough room for 4 people to be comfortable. Would definitely stay again, and recommend to others. 😊

The unit was small but perfect for the two of us. Being on the beach was great but even better was the view. You could watch the ocean from the living area and even while sitting at the dining table.

The space, the view was beautiful, however a few items could use improvement. The visible areas were cleaned, under the sofabed, and most of the furniture dirty. Not to clean up, the vacuum cleaners, were damaged or not working properly. The sofabed was particularly horrible, I welcome the host to actually spend a night in that bed. That singlehandedly took away from the experience in the space.
