This well-maintained and beautifully decorated direct oceanfront condo features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 private balconies, perfectly suited for families and groups of up to 8 guests.
Step into the spacious living area where sliding doors open to a balcony with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean—also accessible from the master suite. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a Flex Brew coffee maker, making meal prep and morning coffee a breeze.
Master Suite: King bed, ceiling fan, TV, private bath with shower/tub combo, and access to the oceanfront balcony.
Bedroom 2: Two double beds, ceiling fan, and TV—great for kids or extra guests.
Bedroom 3: King bed with its own private balcony, perfect for a quiet retreat.
Hall Bath: Shower/tub combo for added convenience.
Extras include a washer & dryer, complimentary WiFi, a YouTube TV subscription, Samsung TV apps, binoculars, and some beach equipment for your enjoyment.
When you’re not at the beach, relax in the seasonal outdoor pool (open Memorial Day–Labor Day) or take advantage of the building’s elevator and 2 parking spaces.

Guests must supply bed linens, towels, paper goods, and soaps. An optional linen package is available for purchase, which would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets, including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. This property rents on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis in season and for any three nights in the off-season. Non-Smoking/Non-Vaping. No pets, please. The property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
