ISLAND LIFE AT ITS BEST! Here is your opportunity to vacation on Marco Island, truly one of the most picturesque areas in the country in this stunning modern coastal home. This breathtaking home offers 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths & a 3-car garage. The entry with its double full glass doors sets the tone for this light, bright & airy floor-plan. Each room offers high volume ceilings bringing openness to enjoy bright natural light. The kitchen has all custom cabinets, quartz counters & backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and a beautiful center island w/ seating. Relax by the exquisite pool, hot-tub or the tranquil lanai which can be accessed from the family room, master suite, or 1st guest bedroom. The master bedroom is oversized w/ plenty of room to sit back and relax. The en-suite bath has stunning granite in the shower, a beautiful soaking tub, custom cabinetry & dual sinks. The guest room with bunk beds has 2 full beds, making it a great home for a family. The outdoor pool area is perfect for entertaining the family or just a day relaxing in the sunshine. Please note that there is no lift or dock.
From this waterfront home, you are just a short walk, bike ride, or drive to local grocery stores, restaurants, and beach boutiques.
Pool is heated to minimum 82° all year round.

1. $500 REFUNDABLE Security Deposit at the time of booking.
PETS: PLEASE CALLL FOR APPROVAL... Smaller Pets Under 30 lbs. w/owner approval Pet Fee to owner $250 + $500 Pet Sec. Dep.
2. Pets are ONLY accepted with Owner Approval. Once approved, additional pet fee and security deposit will be applied. The Security Deposit is refundable after departure inspection. Pet Fee is NONREFUNDABLE.
Residential Rules
We hope you have a wonderful time on Marco Island. We ask that you be mindful of the neighbors around you. While you are on vacation, they are full time residents, and not on vacation with you.
Marco Island does have a strict noise ordinance which is in place 24 hours a day. Be aware of this. Should the police go out to the property you are renting, and a noise violation is issued, it will become your responsibility to pay it, should a fine be assessed. Fines start at 250.00, and move to 500.00, for a second visit.
Also note that the "maximum occupants" per unit, is just that, the MAXIMUM. This means that no more than the maximum limit are allowed on property anytime of the day or night. You are NOT allowed guests that would exceed the maximum capacity identified by the Owners. Furthermore, there are TWO vehicles allowed per rental. No more. Parking is prohibited on the swales and can NOT obstruct sidewalks.
A/C please do not set lower then 72 degrees.
Please note there are two external security camera outside the front of the house facing the driveway/road at the property only turned on when the property is not occupied by a guest.

This house is beautiful and in an excellent location. We traveled with 2 other couples and each couple had their own bathroom. 2 out of 4 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, which was a plus. The pool and spa were great, only area of caution is the tile around the pool, it gets very slippery with water, so kids or older adults need to go very slow. The hot tub didn’t have any directions in the book, so we had to ask the rental company how to use it. They said do not hit the heater button, but that was the only way it became hot. We love hot tubs in the morning and a night, so once we figured that out it was fine. Normally at other rentals we’ve had a few spare trash bags and access to laundry detergent, but there weren’t a lot of extras laying around. Just something to be mindful of if you’re getting InstaCart or going to the store. We were only here for 3 nights, so it wasn’t a huge issue at all. We had access to coolers, beach chairs, and a cart, that was a nice surprise. Overall, I’d recommend this house to anyone, you might get lucky enough to see a little dolphin show like we did.

Overall the stay was a great one. The house is newer and really nice, perfect location on the island near everything but still quiet. The pool is great and gets a lot of sun and being on the canal is very peaceful. The only reason we didn't give this 5 stars comes down to the property manager. Answers quickly on email but is rude and gives no answers or cryptic answers to your questions. Not complicated questions - things like what kind of coffee maker is in the house. Also, there was a lot of hair in the house, I suspect from the cleaner but it was everywhere. Finally, guests are hard on the house and there wasn't a wall in the house that hasn't been marked up by guests, most of the towels and sheets had stains on them, one of the bathroom doors was broken. All things the property manager should be handling. Still, the house is great and we enjoyed our stay very much.
