About this house rental
Brand new beautiful home located on a culdesac in a quiet neighborhood with a heated pool and spa. The spacious open floor plan and adjoining lanai are great for entertaining/socializing and relaxation with family and friends.
This home is located 46 miles from the Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) and 77 miles from the Punta Gorda Airport (PGD) (Allegiant Airlines).
Located minutes from beautiful beaches, shopping, and many fine restaurants. Spectacular boating and fishing with boat rentals available. Nearby water tours and wave runner, kayak, paddle board, and bike rentals.
Beautiful outside screened pool/lanai area with view of a canal waterway. Free form pool and raised spa. Patio furniture and gas grill.
Fully equipped (toaster, coffee maker, blender, cookware, dishes, utensils, etc.) eat-in kitchen open to the family room. Walk-in pantry. Breakfast bar with stools.
Master Suite: King size bed, walk-in closet, master bath with two granite top vanities, soaking tub, walk-in tiled shower. Two nightstands and a dresser. Direct access to lanai/pool and spa.

This is our 4th year renting on Marco and this home is new and extremely well appointed. Custom finishes, high end appliances, and open concept make your stay feel like you are at a five star resort. No detail is overlooked. We definitely will be back to rent this fabulous home again! .Wedefinitely

The house was brand new & had everything you could possibly ask for.
There was plenty of space for our party of 5 to spread out with 3 bedrooms & a den, all with very comfortable beds, sturdy high end bureaus, and California closets as well as TVs. It was also a plus to have 3 full excellent bathrooms with modern fixtures.
When we wanted to be together as a group, there was plenty of very comfortable areas for that, too. The living room has a giant sectional sofa that easily accommodated all of us & a super large tv with excellent sound. Outside there was a dining table for 6 next to the outdoor kitchen with a gas grill. Loved the fact that the grill was connected to a gas supply so no need to worry about heavy propane tanks. The outdoor seating area was extra special with a grouping of a loveseat & 4 padded chairs that rocked & swiveled. We enjoyed many hours together there. There were also 2 padded lounge chairs outside the master suite & 4 more loungers outside one of the queen bedrooms. Couldn’t ask for a better setup on the lanai along with the heated pool & spa.
Our host Mark was great. He kept us informed of things as the rental time was approaching & was even available to talk on the phone about a few questions we had. He also informed us in advance if any work person was coming to maintain the property.
All in all, I would say that this was the best house that I have rented thru VRBO. I would definitely would return with no hesitation.
