This property has all you need for a vacation. The house is fully stocked including hotel-like toiletries. Restaurants and shopping are within 5 minutes of the house. Beautiful heated pool. Plenty of space for a family or multi family. Walkable neighbood, but a treadmill is on location as well if you prefer.

My overall impression of this house is that it was "Okay". The property was functional and met basic needs. The things that stood out as positives are a clean house, the house had most things that are needed for a decent stay such as an equipped kitchen and comfortable beds (except for one that felt very uncomfortable), and the dock is in great shape. The amenities were adequate such as the heated pool which was a plus. The things that stood out as negatives, even though the house was clean, the outside looks like an abandoned property. The house is in desperate need of paint and pressure washing. There was also a strong odor when we walked in and the smell faded a little after I opened the windows. The odor smelled of cigarette smoke. Even though the property has a pool, it was much smaller than expected. More than 3 people in the pool felt very crowded. My overall experience is that it was just okay and if I decided to visit Marco Island again, I would be looking at a different place to stay for that price.
