The house seemed to have been totally renovated with new flooring, new bathroom, new bedrooms, and new kitchen.
Checking in was taking a bit of time. We were not given the code to get in via emails. I had to call and leave text and voice messages to the host to get the door code. They forgot to update WiFi password in their instruction/welcome booklet. And they forgot to provide recycle bags and soap dispensers. We had to contact them and wait for responses. Finally we got what we need, except for the soap pump dispenser. We had to pour out from the full refill bottle every time we wash our hands. The driveway is extremely narrow which requires skills to drive your car in and out. Other than those things that I mentioned the stay is great and conveniently in walking distance to the falls.

The area is close to the attractions. The house is clean. They encourage us to recycle but the proper bags were not provided. Garbage disposal were unclear. Overall it is good, a home away from home.

Had a wonderful time with the family. Lots to do in Niagara Falls. Rental home was walking distance from the Falls. Home was clean and Kitchen well equipped. Comfy beds. Only downside was that it only had 1 bathroom, but still recommend.

House is a nice new reno but is minimally maintained, broken lamp and drapes. Washer was broken on arrival (property manager reimbursed for laundromat). Communication was poor during checkin but quick, polite, and fast during the stay. Overall accurate description!
