Welcome to our cozy and newly renovated House. It’s the ideal retreat for an exquisite & up-scale stay, located close to the absolute heart of Niagara Falls. Every room is an en suite. Perfect for friends, couples, groups & families. This house is only a 10-minute walk to Clifton Hill and about15-minute walk to the world-famous Niagara Falls. Get ready to get inspired! All in all, guaranteed enjoyment and relaxation. And Most important, we commit for high cleanness standards.

Our home is renovated from top to bottom and it includes features such as stainless steel appliances, band new modern kitchen, open concept living and dining rooms. The spacious house with plenty space is ideal for a large group to enjoy time together. Tons of space for activities in the basement, movies, kids play zone, bar for chat and drinks.

Accommodates up to 12. Four bedrooms with their own ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom has two Queen sized beds, and the 2nd bedroom has two Queen Sized beds , 3rd bedroom has one queen and one bunkbed, 4th bedroom has one queen and crib ( in the basement).

We really wanted to be sure that we were not disappointed, so we decided to choose a 10.0 rated property. This owner has definitely earned all this 10.0 ratings. And deserves nothing lesss. I’m proud to join all the others!

We loved the house, it was very spacious and it was really awesome to have the basement where the kids could go play and we could have the adult time upstairs. The bathroom in each of the 4 bedrooms was also very convenient. It was very close to the falls-- about a five minute drive to the attractions. The area around the house was not so nice, but once inside, felt safe. Also I would only say that it would have been better if they had a drip coffee maker instead of a keurig, but I guess that's just personal preference. The owners were also very communicative and responsive to any concerns/questions. Overall, a really nice clean spacious home perfect for a niagra getaway! This is the rundown of the home-- 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 of them with 2 queen size beds each; one bedroom with bunkbeds and a queen size bed in the same room. There is also a bedroom downstairs with a crib in it and one queen sized bed. Each BR had it's own bathroom. There's a spacious backyard. There's a kitchen with a large table upstairs, and also a kitchen counter/sink with a large dining table downstairs with a fuzeball table and a pool table downstairs. Would stay here again!

Well maintained and stocked property! Great house for all ages we had a group ages 7-73 and it was perfect. Kitchen is well stocked and everything is very clean. Surrounding houses are a little iffy looking but caused no issues. Close drive or short walk to falls and Clifton Hill. Would come back again for sure.

Cynthia’s home was perfect for us. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. The house is very well stocked with Kleenex, paper towels, dish soap, coffee pods, sugar, teas. The kitchen and living room area was very spacious. Lots of room for 9 of us. Our grandkids loved the basement play area, and we enjoyed the games table. We used the bbq. The neighborhood was a little sketchy, but no one bothered us. If I could make a suggestion, it would be to have some dish cloths and dish towels upstairs. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property for a large group! As advertised, a lovely newly renovated space with several bedrooms with many places to sleep and each bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a lot of dish wear and glasses. The host is very attentive and responsive and supplied many terrific extras including coffee/tea, paper towels, tin foil (etc), shampoo/conditioner/body wash and slippers! A great experience I would highly recommend this property.

Booked this home for a girls weekend for myself and 11 friends. There was plenty of room for the 12 of us to hangout and space for everyone to get ready to go out! We loved the kitchen too and it had everything we needed to cook our meals. Would highly recommend this property!

Home is recently renovated inside, spacious and clean. Each room is nicely furnished with modern decor. Comfortably fits a large group. Equipped with everything you may need. Parking fits 4 cars. 20 mins walk to Clifton Hill. Homeowner was responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely book again.

Cynthia and Rainbow are amazing and helpful hosts. Their place is fully stocked with everything that we needed, including toys to keep the kids (ages 3-9) entertained. The house is modern, open concept, and very clean. The backyard is also a lovely private space, unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate for us to enjoy. Thank you very much, Cynthia and Rainbow. I would definitely book again if we visit the area in the future.

The house was awesome for large groups with lots of beds and showers in the place. The hosts were great very helpful and made the trip simple and easy. Only up the road from the falls but the neighbourhood around the house can be a little dicey but all the same Great place to stay for large groups

This was our first time staying in Canada and this property is within walking distance of Clifton Hill. The property has been renovated and was very clean. The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen I have ever stayed in. There are four full bathrooms and a washer and dryer, which made it very convenient. The pictures are exactly what you get in real life. The neighborhood is a mixed bag so use caution at night. You are within walking distance of a gas station and McDonald’s and one exit away from a Wal-Mart. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely stay again

Overall we cannot say enough good things about this place! Newly renovated to accommodate large groups. Each bathroom has their own bathroom which we loved. The entire house was SUPER clean and stocked for toilet paper and paper towel which we didn’t expect we actually brought our own just in case. The owner was always answering our questions in a timely manner and was super pleasant to message back and forth. Highly recommend!!! Thank you so much for everything :)

We had a wonderful stay. The property is updated with all the necessary amenities- including all needed kitchenware. We found this handy as we had a large family group with young kids constantly looking for food. You are also a 15 minute walk to the falls and Clifton Hills. The only detractor was the motel next door with some colorful clientele. We never felt unsafe but chose to avoid walking in the neighborhood after dark. Overall a great house in a walkable location to nearby attractions.

The house was clean and perfect for our group trip. The location is great! It was a girls trip so we greatly appreciated the amount of bathrooms this home has. Our hosts were friendly and accommodating and very responsive to any questions we had. I would 100% book to stay here again when coming back to the falls. I would say my only wish was that there was more seating in the main living room, but even that wasn’t really a problem. Thanks so much for having us!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. We had 9 guests in total and we all had plenty of space! Each room has an accompanying en suite and extremely cozy beds. The house was so well decorated and clean. The location was also great! So close to the main strip of Niagara Falls. We couldn’t have asked for a better girl’s getaway. The host made the check in and out process extremely easy and I would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay here! Great space for a large group! Having 5 bathrooms was super convenient for a group of 12 girls. The house has a great open space with modern finishings. Everything you need is close by and dealing with the home owners was super easy and we always got quick responses. I would highly recommend staying here! The house is equipped with everything you may need and was very clean. For a group of 12 girls my only recommendation would be to add a full length mirror. We loved our time here and were so glad to have found this place.

Modern renovation on the inside, but plain on the outside. Driveway had room for three cars. Place was super clean and we loved the indoor slippers; nice touch. Great spaces for my large family due to open floor plan. Enough beds and baths to accommodate everyone. Especially we appreciate the supplies for the bathrooms and the kitchen was the best well stocked kitchen we’ve ever rented. Thanks for the coffee, tea, paper goods, and all the kitchen cookware and dishes. New and modern, comfortable furnishings, could use more seating in the living room. Very short drive to Niagara Falls activities, but do not recommend walking.
