I was very impressed at the size of this bungalow VRBO.Three very large bedrooms, with an ensuite upstairs, another one downstairs.A large living room, a table that seats 10, and a kitchen. The kitchen has a KURIG, kettle, airfryer, stove, fridge and microwave. Lots of teas and Kuerig cups, hot chocolate and powdered CoffeeMate. That is not always supplied.Dishes, glassware, utensils and a bonus-childrens dishes- plastic cups, bowls and plates. We didnt cook so I cannot say supplies to cook with.Sheets, blankets, dishcloths, tea towels are supplied.4 towels, plus hand towels for each of the four ensuite bathroomsThe ensuite bathrooms are new and so nice to have e in each bedroom. There is a very large oversized deck in the backyard with a bbq and seating. There is a pool table, fooz baĺ and a great childrens playarea with books and toys.Check in is a breeze. No issues.Cindy, the host is excellent at communicating and she was a real pleasure to deal with.We were also granted an early check in, as no one was there the day before. We had 2 babies and young child, to be able to check in early after a long car ride was really appreciated.

This property was a great location for our needs. It was very clean and we appreciated how well stocked it was with small kitchen items that we normally would have had to purchase. The owner was very helpful.

Great house for large families that has been recently renovated. Thoughtfully setup with activities for kids of all ages, even toddles. Appreciated the proximity to the falls as it was less than a 10 minute drive to all of the major activities in Niagara Falls. Very clean with plenty of extra blankets which came in handy as the basement was a little colder than the rest of the house.
