Firstly, we would like to say we would have provided an in-depth review of the positives and negatives of this property had space allowed. The positives - Once we finally had the access code the property was easy to access. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean with clean bedding and sufficient towels for our party of 6 and plenty of hot water to accommodate everyone showering. Inside fridge was clean. The main portion of the property was well heated and WiFi good. The local transportation system was close by and access to the QEW was simple. The negatives - Gaining access details from the host was problematic. The house rules provided were peppered with Capitals to emphasise each point, they felt rude, and some made little sense for a rental property, such as recommending cooking in the garage. Neither the internal or external kitchens were fit for purpose, no dishwasher as advertised, cooking equipment was either absent or in poor or dirty condition. Paper plates, plastic cutlery (left from previous guests) and no drinking vessels are not appropriate options for a standard holiday rental. The toaster was full of large bits of plastic containing metal screws. The structure of the external kitchen is in poor repair and in our opinion unhygienic, plus the area was also used to store other random items. We did not cook on site because of these issues. Purchased mugs from local thrift store. Internally facilities such as bedside lighting and hang/storage space for clothes was missing with some furnishing being either dirty or in poor repair. With no facility to store/hang clothes we lived out of suitcases for 3 day. The only internal space for 11 guests to congregate together was the porch which was cold and noisy. When raising our concerns to the host he was generally polite but we felt that he was already aware of the problems within the property and was only willing to seek solutions or make apologies when someone raised their concerns. We note that following our visit the host has made changes on the Vrbo website to better reflect its current facilities. It is such a shame this property has great potential but currently is not fit for purpose for families or for large groups such as stags and hens. It is neither somewhere we would rent again or recommend to others. Compared to similar priced property we have stayed in, for us it was disappointingly not value for money.

The house was a perfect little place for me and my family. It was in a good location with everything you could possibly need within walking distance. Only problem was the hill that the house was on, it was a little difficult to park on.

Great Location

Great Location

What a perfect house for our family of 11! Our busy boys loved the fenced backyard and I loved the outside shed with every cooking amenity we needed! The host was very attentive, quick to answer and accommodated us in every way. House set up was great for us, beds and bathrooms were nice and worked well for my handicapped daughter. We spent lots of time on the screened front porch. Walking distance to Clifton Hill and the WeGo bus line is right outside, perfect for us traveling with a wheelchair. Close to everything you could need including laundromat down the street We used all paper products and brought our own towels so this didn't affect us at all, but note that there is not a dishwasher or dishes that we located and only 4 towels for a family of 11, again, not a problem for us just FYI. Thank you for the perfect location for our family!

Great Location for a big family

Great Location for a big family

Mr Patel was available and positively responding to all our requests. We were plus 3 years old for 5 good size bedrooms. Perfect for a big family. The property was at a short walking distance to Clifton Hill (Centre of entertainment district of Niagara Falls). It was super private. We truly enjoyed our stay.
