But if it's natural beauty you are after its only a hop, skip and a jump to the Waitakere Ranges and Piha. With two large bedrooms and a fold out in the lounge there is room for all.
Guests will have full access to the entire property.

New Lynn, a vibrant suburb in the heart of Auckland, is a dynamic blend of urban living and natural beauty. Nestled on the western fringes of the city, this community boasts a bustling town center, a diverse culinary scene, and excellent shopping opportunities. With its proximity to public transport, New Lynn offers easy access to both the city's attractions and the stunning west coast beaches.
Please do not park in the communal areas as you will be towed. Please only park in the garage or on the street.
- Please be respectful of neighbours, no noise after 10pm
- Only guests allowed onsite - no further visitors.
- Please remove your shoes in the apartment
- If you are taking the property for longer than two weeks then the owner requires a clean at least every two week period. This amended cleaning charge will be sent through to you once we have received your booking.
- Our check out is 10am. If you have not vacated the property by this time and our cleaners are delayed, you will be charged a fee of $100 for every half hour you remain in the property.

Property was kept in good condition. Clear check-in instructions. We submitted a queries before and during our stay via the app. We got responses before our stay, but the query during was unanswered.The property is right on a busy main road, so can be noisy at times.
