About this house rental
In Deauville, 200m from Place Morny and 500m from the beach, we offer this charming 135 m² air-conditioned house for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It features a 25 m² living room, fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 45 m² garden.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
Basement:
- Games room, living room-TV
- separate WC
First floor:
- 25m² living room with sofa, TV, fireplace (non-functional)
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room and dining room, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A dining room in a south-facing veranda and the table is a pool table.
1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: two single beds (can be converted into a 180x190 double bed)
- Bedroom 2: double bed 140x190 (sofa bed)
- Bathroom with shower and double washbasin
- separate WC
2nd floor:
- Bedroom 3: A master suite with king-size bed (180×200), en-suite shower room with shower, double basin
- Bedroom 4: Double sofa bed (140x190) with desk area
- Separate WC
Exterior :
- A beautiful 45 m² garden-terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Deauville, in a very pleasant environment right in the heart of Deauville's hyper-center, just a few steps from Place Morny and right next to Deauville beach.

- Bakery, pharmacy, mini-market, tearoom, newsstand just 2 minutes' walk away.
- Local market every day in Deauville and Wednesdays/Sundays in Trouville.
