Beautiful house, situated in the middle of the Deauville Marina with a spectacular view on the port, the beach and the ocean. Lots of walks to city center and many many very beautiful tasty restaurants. Shopping is fun too. The beach is presumably less than 5mins walk from the house.
What would help is to have blinds or screens for the windows for 2 reasons: 1. when it is a very sunny day it might get hot inside. 2. when dark outside, one can very well see what's happening inside; also on the intermezzo floor. But over all the location is worth its money.
