Close to all amenities: Everything on foot: 5 minutes from the SNCF train station, 3 minutes from all shops and the market, 15 minutes from the beach (5 minutes by bike) and 3 minutes from the Belgian bridge for quick access to Deauville (beach and Place Morny). You can enjoy the fully enclosed garden and a private parking space.

• Ground floor: a living room with its functional fireplace, a small living room with access to the garden
• On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 bathroom & WC
• On the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom & WC
• On the 3rd floor: A converted attic not available for rent
The house has a private parking space. This advantage will avoid you the parking headache especially in summer.
