The lay out of the property was great for our family. Only drawback was to go to the other side you would have to go outside. I know Mother Nature takes a toll on properties but definitely needs some work. Kim the property manager was amazing! She was on top of any question and ready to help.

We had a few issues right off the bat and the owner was not very responsive, but Evolve, the PM company, was great and made sure that everything was taken care of. We found this to be the case during our whole stay - it took the owner or contact for the property about 24 hours to get back to us with any requests and Evolve was very responsive. The house has a bit of a strange layout, but it works well for a large group. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to feel like we had our own space. The pool was great - we did not heat the hot tub. It is very close and convenient to the beach. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles. There were enough towels for one per person, but it would have been nice to have extra bath towels, some beach or pool towels and more kitchen towels.
