This nearly 4,000 sq ft luxury 8-bedroom, 8-bathroom duplex sits just across the street from the sugar-white sand and crystal-clear waters of the Gulf. Designed with large families, groups, and multi-family travelers in mind, this spacious 2-unit property comfortably sleeps up to 28 guests with plenty of room to relax, dine, and make lasting memories.

Each side of the duplex features an identical 4BR/4BA plus game room with Bunk bed and Sofa Sleeper. Allowing for both privacy and togetherness.

The first floor welcomes you with a bright and open kitchen, dining, and living area equipped with modern appliances, quartz countertops, and SMART TV's.
You'll find 2 bedrooms on this level—1 with a king bed and en-suite bathroom, and another with a queen bed—along with a walk-in shower, a half bath, and a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Upstairs, the second floor offers a spacious lounge area with additional sleeping space, game-roomincluding a queen sleeper sofa and twin bunk beds plus gaming arcade.
You'll also find a second king suite with private bath, a full-over-full bunk room, an additional full bath, a half bath, and a private balcony with outdoor lounge furniture—perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets.

Outside, the fenced backyard offers shared space with 2 outdoor sofas and 2 dining tables, ideal for al fresco meals and casual hangouts. There is parking for up to 6 vehicles, plus more on the street (message for details).

The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach access and within easy reach of restaurants, shopping, and all kinds of entertainment for all ages.

We provide starter amenities, including paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry pods, and dish soap. Guests are welcome to bring additional supplies or shop nearby for longer stays. A GRACO Pack & Play is available—just bring your own bedding for it.
