Loved the property and location. Beautiful, roomy and right on the beach as described!! Had an issue with the pool (extremely high chlorine level) that was not resolved until our last day. Had to place multiple calls/emails to get the issue addressed. Was allowed on day 3 to use the pool next door. Was not happy with this but, we would definitely stay here again!!

Unfortunately, was hoping for a better experience. While the property was nice, it’s not worth the nightly rate.
The property is currently listed for sale so that may have something to do with it.
We did not receive what was advertised. When we asked about the heated pool, we were told it’s an additional $75/day (not disclosed on the listing). Fortunately, we took screenshots from both the rental company page and VRBO.
Two different maintenance personnel came over during our stay because the in-ground sprinkler system would not turn off. Both of them told us they had work orders to turn off the heated pool before our arrival. Again, if this additional fee was advertised, it wouldn’t be a problem.
Before doing business with this rental company, make sure to ask about any additional fees.
We didn’t get our “included” rounds of golf.
Most of the drains are slow, particularly the top floor master.
Don’t make the same mistakes that we did. Just because you pay a premium price doesn’t mean you get a premium experience.
