Welcome to Beach Happy, an impeccably designed four-story beachfront vacation home. This extraordinary dream home boasts 8 spacious bedrooms, 9 luxurious bathrooms, a private pool, a spacious recreation area, and a fully equipped kitchen, living, and dining space, all complemented by fully furnished walkout balconies. As you first walk through your front door you will come upon the first two bedrooms, to your left is a king master suite with private en-suite and to your right is a double twin room featuring two twin over twin bunks which sleep up to 4 people; also with private en-suite. As you keep the tour moving towards the beachside of the home you will find a small living room area with large couch, flat screen TV, foosball table and kitchenette area, this room also leads out to the private outdoor pool with amazing beachfront views.
Head upstairs to the second floor where there is another recreational area featuring a pool table. There's also a bunk bedroom featuring a queen over king bunk set which sleeps up to 4 people and private en-suite as well. As you make your way to the beachside of the second level, you are coming up on the supreme master king suite! The master bedroom that awaits you offers stunning beach views with its walkout balcony and the beach experience follows through into your exquisitely built private en-suite featuring a separate soaking tub right on the stained glass window overlooking the Gulf (the en-suite also has a double vanity and walk-in shower). Also included on the second floor is the first washer and dryer set.
The third floor offers the same master king suite experience on the beach side of the home; same stunning views, same private en-suite set up, everything! This floor also has two more bedrooms (one king master with a street view and one twin room featuring 2 bunk sets sleeping 4) each with their own private en-suite. The second washer and dryer set is also located on the third floor.
The fourth floor has a new and unique layout with an open-concept main kitchen, dining and living area. Imagine wining and dining with the World`s Most Famous Beaches sun setting just behind you. Feel free to slide open your glass balcony doors and let the fresh salt air in while you listen to the waves rolling by. These are the memories you will take home with you. This floor also features the last king master suite with private en-suite.

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE:
There is an indoor elevator equipped in this home to help quickly and conveniently navigate between floors. This is very helpful for anyone that may have a difficult time with making the track up each flight of stairs.
Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.
"Beach Happy has direct access to the beach with a private boardwalk! One of our other houses right next door also uses this boardwalk.
Beach chairs and umbrellas included with your stay.

Summer: May 23 - August 1 (Saturday-Saturday)
A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and must be signed within 72 hours of booking. A valid credit card is required to be put on file. Please review the following important details:
No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.
Age Requirements: The primary guest must be 25 or older and must occupy the property for the entire stay, including overnight and whenever guests under 25 are present. For every three guests aged 24 or younger, at least one parent or guardian (25+) must be present and staying at the property. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund. Management reserves the right to inspect the property at any time.
Listings / Pricing:
All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.
Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Very large group consisting of two families and a lot of kids. This place is hands down our favorite so far!! Steps from the beach and property management was so quick to respond. I cannot say enough good things about this place. We definitely will return.

The home was beautiful but I did not read the description thoroughly. The property is flipped with the Kitchen on the 4th floor. We had older adults and had to trek 59 stairs daily more than once! There was an elevator but the board went out on our 2nd day and wasn’t fixed until Thursday. Was told we could use it but it had no lights and had been disconnected from back battery. Beware if you don’t mind getting your steps in.
Positive side… Beautifully decorated, kept cool and lots of hot water! Comfortable beds too! Only wish the had a fan in the Queen bunk on 2nd. Floor but not a problem.

Stay great other than arriving to unusable 4th floor as it was 99 degrees and coukd sleep there or cook supper or breakfast nrxt day . They fixed it next day mid morning. The rest was awesome!

The property was just as depicted in brochure, pool was a lifesaver in 95+ temperatures!
We rented the home due to elevator and it was broken the last 3 days of our trip. My elderly mother was unable to enjoy the other floors in the house and the rest of us walk 114 stairs each trip to the kitchen. The elevator was called after several staff visits but repair scheduled after our departure. Staff did offer assistance hauling our belongs down but we declined.
Housekeeping... clean fans and under sofas, need some new large saute and frying pans, consider upgrade to a double oven since there is two of everything. Overall it was a great experience. Parkings all our vehicles was challenging.
