Renovated in November 2023, you will step into a brand new kitchen with soft-close cabinets, granite countertop, and stainless steel appliances.
This open and user-friendly kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking needs for preparing delicious, home cooked meals. Ninja blender, toaster, hand mixer, and both a single-serve Keurig and a 12c coffee machine are all provided to make you feel at home.
Both updated bathrooms exude elegance and serenity. New polished porcelain and marble tiles, frameless shower doors, and 10” square rain shower system with amazing water pressure make these bathrooms a welcoming retreat to rejuvenate after a day of outdoor activities.
You will enjoy ample living space with the outdoor pool just steps away from your back patio and access to one of the few indoor pools in South Forest Beach at your front door.. Oh, and don’t forget to unwind in the hot tub after a day at the beach, site-seeing or on the golf course!
This 2BR/2BA villa sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably with a king bed in the primary bedroom, 2 queen beds in the secondary bedroom, and a pull-out full sofa sleeper in the smaller sitting area. 3 Smart TVs are installed: in the main living room, smaller sitting area, and secondary bedroom allowing guests to spread out to enjoy their own shows.
Fully furnished with everything you'll need including: 3 beach chairs, 2 lawn chairs, beach umbrella, beach wagon, tennis and pickleball racquets, central heat and air, washer/dryer, stocked kitchen and 2 outdoor patio areas.
Ocean Harmony is also conveniently located near the Alder Lane Beach Access for a quieter beach option with public bathroom and outdoor showers. Located on the beach adjacent to the Marriott is Loggerhead Landing, an oceanfront bar and grille where you can enjoy drinks and snacks. When the weather cools down, relax around the firepits and enjoy seasonal live music.
Please note that for your convenience, starter packs will be provided with paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and dishwasher detergent.

We had a great stay, the condo was super clean and well stocked with necessities. The walk to the beach we fairly easy and only took 5-10 minutes. Having the extra living room was perfect with having teenagers they had their own space to relax as well. So many great restaurants that you can walk to or it’s a quick drive. Definitely loved the tiki hut to watch sunset,
