Condo features washer/dryer located in the condo, WIFI, and two living room areas, and big-screen Smart TVs provide all the comforts of home.
The master bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom with a king-size bed, while the secondary bedroom offers 2 queen beds.
For your convenience, we provide a beach buggy, chairs, and an umbrella for your leisure by the shore.
As a thoughtful touch, starter packs are provided with essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, dishwasher detergent, and a few snacks.
Parking is a breeze with free space available for 2 cars per reservation. Please note that pets are not allowed, and reservations must be made by individuals 25 years of age or older.

Great condo for my family which consisted of college age young adults. They had their own space and lounge area. Great for later nights than their parents!

The check-in process was smooth, the condo was clean and well stocked for our stay, the condo was convenient to Sea Pines, Coligny, and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. The outside pool area was nice. The inside pool and hot tub area is currently undergoing construction and was unavailable our entire stay -- coupled with jackhammering and loud construction noises that made relaxing in the condo during the day impossible. After speaking with other renters in the complex, it is apparent that the condo owners were well aware of the construction and some of the other owners communicated that to their renters -- I did not receive such treatment. Very disappointed to not be told upfront that some of the amenities would not be available and to listen to construction noise all week, otherwise a decent stay.
