About this house rental
Welcome to our Fountain Hills oasis! Perched onto a luscious hillside, you will enjoy this 5,285 sq.ft. estate with large window views from all areas of the house that back to an expansive arroyo with sweeping views of the valley. Kick off your vacation by spacing out amongst the scenic backyard, complete with the pool overlooking the hillside, fire-pit for cocktails and conversation, a built-in barbecue with bar seating, and abundant lounging throughout the well-manicured backyard.
Our home offers 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms throughout the 2 level home. Enter the home on the upper level that contains spacious gathering areas such as the dining room, kitchen, upper living room, 2 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The master bedroom (upper level) offers a fireplace, jacuzzi bathtub and access to a patio overlooking the saltwater heated* pool. The perfect setup for a magnificent getaway.
As you make your way downstairs, you will find perfect entertainment areas for the whole group. The lower level offers open living space with a fireplace, pool table and a wet bar for entertaining. Don't miss the classic Pac-man style arcade game with hundreds of vintage games! Catch the game or keep up with your shows by using any of the 7 HD televisions throughout the home. The final 3 bedrooms can be found on the lower level, along with 2 more full bathrooms.

Pool Heating**
There is an additional charge of $150 per night to heat the pool (3 night minimum).
-The Owner of this property will provide you with pertinent safety information, explain your responsibilities under the Fountain Hills Town Code, and expect you to certify your compliance therewith”. You must not use this property for any nonresidential or other prohibited activity or use, as defined in Fountain Hills Town Code Section 8-6-5. Any renter who causes, permits, facilitates, aides, or abets such prohibited use of this property shall be subject to a civil infraction carrying a mandatory penalty of a minimum of $500.00, in addition to any other penalties which the Town may impose. The use of this Short-Term Rental to house sex offenders is prohibited by State Law and by the Fountain Town Code. The Owner of this Short-Term Rental is required to perform a background check on you and your guests prior to your stay.

The property is beautiful!! The neighborhood is full of kind neighbors that say hello as we walked. It is very clean and the communication with the team was top notch! The house is big enough that if you need a break from togetherness the space is available! Would 100% recommend!!! Thank you!

Unfortunately, it rained a good deal of the time we were there. We were only able to use the pool one day. The weather was also cooler than expected. The house was lovely and clean. Suggestion: grab bars in the shower, written directions for how to turn on and use TV's with the different remotes.

This place was awesome for our family Easter get away. All 4 couples had their own rooms and bathrooms. The pool and outside area was where we spent most of our time. I would highly recommend this place.
