About this house rental
This home is perfect for multiple families and has many gathering spaces. There are spots for adults and children to play without being on top of each other. We have a heated pool (included) and a hot tub where you can soak and watch TV. We have many outdoor entertaining spaces. We have a large 4 hole putting green. We have corn hole, spike ball, bag toss, badminton, pool basketball, yard Yahtzee, etc. Inside we have ping pong, foosball, and life size Connect 4. All your fun is right HERE!
You walk into the house with multiple spacious living areas. Plenty of areas to spread out. There is a bedroom downstairs and an attached casita with its own living area with a sleeper sofa couch, TV, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. The sitting room has a couch and chair and the family room has a large sectional and chair. The living room also has a sofa table with three barstools and the bar in the kitchen also has three barstools.
The kitchen has loads of storage for your food to accommodate all your guest. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make your favorite meals. We offer salt/pepper and other her random spices. The kitchen is very spacious for multiple cooks. It also has a little breakfast nook. We have dishwasher detergent tabs on site, napkins, paper towels and trash liners. We have a coffee station where we offer coffee and tea.
We also have a large dining room with large table and a play area for small children downstairs. Downstairs is also another bathroom and large laundry room.
Upstairs is the master and two other bedrooms. The master is quite large with a king bed and has a huge 5 piece ensuite. The master has its own walk out balcony. The other two bedrooms each have a twin and full bed in them. Each bedroom in the house has a TV in it equipped with YouTube TV. The two upstairs bedrooms share a full bath.
The garage has been converted to a man cave with a bar, couch, TV, ping pong table and foosball table.
If you have multiple families this place is perfect for coming together and making wonderful memories. So many things to do and so much space to spread out. We are so close to the fountain, the downtown area where you can walk around the fountain, eat at one of our many great restaurants and explore our cute shops.

This home was a great place for us to enjoy hiking and relaxing! Kitchen had all we needed for a couple nights that we grilled, also enjoyed the warm pool and sitting on the deck with a great mountain view. Plenty of great hiking nearby, dining options and of course walks around the Fountain.
