Pool heating... Pool heating is available as an option to your booking and must be requested at least 72 hours in advance to allow time for heating at arrival. Pool heating charge is $75 per day or $400 per week. Please request pool heating at the time of your booking so we can insure it is ready on your arrival.
This is not a party house and no loud parties will be tolerated. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and neighbors must be respected. You are welcome to come here and have fun but it must be done in a respectful manner. Any loud parties or disruptive behavior will result in a termination of your reservation.
Must be 25 years of age to rent home.
Pets are allowed but must be approved prior to booking. $200 pet fee applies and will be requested upon approval through Rental listing system.
No local bookings without 3 5 star reviews. Must get approval from manager prior to booking.
Outdoor Quiet Hours are 10 PM Nightly and strictly enforced.
Only registered guests are allowed at the house. The amount of people that you book the home for is the max allowed there without prior consent of host.
Maximum of 8 adult guests allowed on reservation.
Absolutely no smoking in home. Smoking will result in a $1000 fine.

Nice place with a lot of room for a larger group. Pool and outdoor areas were great. AC was fantastic throughout the house. Very well stocked kitchen with the basics. Would come back if in the area!

The House and property were amazing, tons of room for everyone to spread out. The inside of the house if very open and feels very large, easy for large groups to gather.Check in and out was easy and communications from the property management group were easy to follow.I would rent this house again if we come back to AZ for a trip next year.

House size met our needs, but we were disappointed in the condition. There were multiple broken items or items in disrepair. Burned out light bulbs,, broken light fixtures, broken built in grill (an alternative grill was provided) , broken fountains and cracked pavers in the front of the house,, freezer that did not work properly ( froze up and did not produce ice). No central air in main living area, kitchen, master br, and basement bedroom. (individual ac units for each space). House nneds TLC.
