About this house rental
Our beautiful home away from home. Situated on a large lot, with a private heated pool and spa, outdoor kitchen, and incredible views. As you lay in the loungers above the pool, you are treated with a view of FireRock Mountain. Surround yourself with desert terrain while indulging in your private oasis.

*POOL and HOT TUB*
Wanna jump into the pool? Request to have the pool heated during your stay! If pool heat is desired, it will be heated for the entire length of the stay. The decision to use pool heat does not have to be decided at time of booking, it can be decided any time prior to guest arrival (with at least 3 days advance notice, please).
The pool will be heated up to 85 degrees.
This is a large pool. It is very expensive to heat. It's in the wide open desert.
The cost of heating the pool varies by month:
$100 per day

$150 per night
- March
- April
$200 per night
- February
- November
No pool heater available in these months (cold plunge months??)
- December
- January
Sadly, it is simply not outdoor swimming season during these months. It would cost $250+ per day to heat the pool due to the loss of heat during the colder winter nights. Even If heated, an 85 degree temperature may not be able to be maintained.
There is no need for pool heat during these months:
- June
- July
- August
- September (most of the time- you will be advised)
Parking:
The home has a circular driveway and garage parking. Located just a couple minutes from shopping, hiking, and restaurants.
We recommend securing a rental vehicle during your stay, as we cannot guarantee public transportation options at all times.

- There are NO cameras on inside of house or any that can view inside the house or on the back patio/pool/tub area. The only security cameras are on the side gate of the house facing away, and 2 on the front of the house facing the road.

We had an amazing week at this property. Property Manager was easy to contact and responded quickly. House was clean. Loved the hot tub, pool and waterfall. The TV on the back patio was awesome. We ate meals there and was able to watch the morning news and sporting events. Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet while sleeping. Close to town and hiking. Loved this house! Definitely a recommend.

Clean, sprawing 4 bedroom w great pool w hot tub, mountain views. Very private lot. Nice bbq. Friendly host. Huge value over 2 hotel rooms
