About this house rental
Located in Erquy, this modern 120 m² house accommodates up to 6 guests. The town centre and shops are approximately 1.3 km away. Plage du Centre and Plage du Portuais beaches are listed approximately 2 km away, while Cap d'Erquy is approximately 3.2 km away.
The living area includes a lounge with sofa, armchair and television, together with a dining space for 6 guests. The open-plan kitchen connects directly with the living room and terrace. It includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
Sleeping arrangements include:
- 1 ground-floor bedroom with double bed 140x190
- 1 upstairs bedroom with double bed 140x190 and access to the roof terrace
- 1 upstairs bedroom with double bed 140x190 and access to the roof terrace
The house includes a shower room with walk-in shower on the ground floor and a bathroom with bathtub and shower upstairs. Toilets are separate. An additional relaxation area with sofa, books, games and a desk is also available upstairs.
Outside, the terrace is equipped for meals for 6 guests with several sun loungers and a barbecue. The heated private swimming pool with enclosure is advertised as available from June to September.
