Summary:
Completely renovated house with careful decoration in the small town of Guimaëc, the sea view is at the end of the garden. Enjoy the calm of the countryside with an eye on the sea below.
The house consists of a spacious and bright living room with a fireplace, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You can enjoy the 2 terraces depending on the exposure to the wind and the sun.
The Space:
This house has 3 bedrooms upstairs, it can accommodate up to 6 people.
The ground floor is separated by a glass staircase, on one side the living and dining area and on the other the kitchen with a table ideal for sharing breakfast. The fireplace is functional.
You will also find a technical room with washing machine and dryer, a toilet and a shower room on the ground floor.
Household linen is included (tea towels, bath mats).
Cleaning option end of stay: €65 incl. tax

From Plougasnou, you can embark for the island of Batz (dogs allowed) or for the Château du Taureau.
Access to the beach:
Poul Roudou beach - 10 /15 minutes on foot via the path which joins the GR
Vili Izella Beach - 35/40 minutes on foot via the path which joins the GR
Moulin de la Rive Beach in Locquirec - 6 minutes by car
Plougasnou Beach - 12 minutes by car
3 kilometers from Guimaëc, you will quickly reach the town and its shops (bakery, supermarket, butcher). The closest town to the house is Lanmeur, there you will find a supermarket with gas station, a medical center (less than 10 minutes by car from the house).
