VILLA 4*large indoor pool and Jacuzzi 80 m from the sea and GR34.

We chose this property based on the photos and previous reviews and we were not disappointed. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Thierry and Sylvie and they rightfully took pride in showing us around the property and gave us useful tips about the local area. The instruction manuals and local area folder they have put together are very comprehensive and the welcome Cider and local treats were much appreciated. The property is located down a small quiet private road and the beach can be accessed by a pedestrian cut through - 3mins walk! The beaches are sandy with rockpools for exploring. We visited at the end of May and were often the only people on the beach. The house itself is presented in a neutral coastal theme. We were a party of 8 - 5 adults and 3 children and we found the space to be perfect for us. There are 4 bedrooms - one of which has an open ensuite walk in shower and basin (no toilet). All the beds were comfortable, solid and with white bedding. We all had a bath and hand towel to use as well as dressing gowns in the pool area for the adults. There is a large family bathroom with a walk in shower, bath (with shower attacement) and double sink vanity unit. The toilet is separate with another based off of the pool area next to the utility room (tumble drier, washing machine, sink, ironing board etc). We thought it may be a problem only having one toilet in the main part of the house but we never had an issue as it was only a short distance to the pool toilet which was also useful to have when using the pool. The modern kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need (even had scales and a hand held blender). The crockery and glassware were all modern and plentiful. The indoor pool was a huge bonus, a good size for everyone to be in together and a hot tub as well. There are comfortable loungers, deck chairs and a table. The pool area has sliding doors all around which connects the outside decking with it. There is some grass and a large drive way - great for petanque! We used the BBQ and bikes provided in the storage room. We enjoyed the decking off of the lounge with sofa set and separate dining table for 8 with parasol. We explored the coastline and there are numerous beautiful beaches, ports and places of interest to visit. We normally stay in Santec but are so pleased to have found this house close to Plouescat and will return. Thank you for making our holiday such a wonderful break.

The villa was fantastic, immaculately presented and in a great location with the beach being a 2 minute walk away. We loved the pool and hot tub and the villa was well equipped to cater for all occasions. We would highly recommend and will definitely look to return.

This house is just as beautiful as it looks in the photos. The decor is fresh and in keeping with the area and the property was very clean. Andre was so welcoming and friendly. The welcome gifts were also a lovely surprise. The pool definitely had the wow factor and was enjoyed by our son and the rest of the party very much. The hot tub was also a great addition. All the amenities and extras were included including robes which made for a luxurious and homely stay. The beach was about 80m away and the walks around the area are beautiful. Excellent for cycling too and it was a great addition to have bikes provided with the property. There is a tabac where you can buy bread and croissants not far from the property or a spar, bakery etc in the nearby town about 2 miles away. We really enjoyed our time here and would love to come back.

Beautiful clean modern house, friendly owners and lovely big warm pool. The beach is minutes away for long walks in every direction. The village is a few minutes drive with supermarket and places to eat. Quiet, peaceful, ideal.

House was lovely and we made great use of the pool and the hot tub. The kitchen was very well equipped and the open plan layout suited us all. A fully enclosed garden was perfect for the dogs . As the weather was good we were able to enjoy breakfast on the decking - croissants and pain au chocolate provided from the little bakery just along the road. Plouscat which is a few minutes away has butchers, bakers and a spar supermarket. Proximity to a long sandy beach meant the dogs had their daily walks along the coast in glorious weather. Brittany is to be recommended if you like towns with interesting architecture interspaced with coves with white sand and clear water. Roscoff is a perfect day trip out.

We had such a fabulous week here. The house was pristine when we arrived and is very well set up. The welcoming owners gave me a complete tour and had left some yummy treats for us. The kids had a blast in the pool and would alternate between the pool and hot tub. The dehumidification system in the pool room works very well. The windows never fog up and there is no chlorine smell in that room. The house is a one minute walk to the beach and we would go watch the sunset most nights. Delicious croissants and bread are available at a Tabac a few minutes from the house. We would walk or bike there most mornings. We loved that there were bikes at the house (two for kids perfect for our 8 and 10 year olds, and three or four adult sized bikes) and used them a few times. I would highly recommend this property. We would definitely return!

Lovely modern property in a peaceful location about 30 seconds from the beach. Inside the house is beautifully decorated and the outside space is secure for dogs/children. We spent a fantastic week in January so the heated indoor pool was perfect for chilly days. The proprietors were friendly, helpful and professional and as a bonus spoke excellent English. We would thoroughly recommend this to everyone especially any Brits as its only a days drive from Calais and there were no language complications! Merci M. et Mme. Floc'h

Wir haben mit zwei Familien (insgesamt 8 Personen, davon 4 Teenager) im Juli 2022 zwei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus gemacht. Der Vermieter Thierry war sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Poolbereich ist fantastisch. Das Grundstück ist großzügig, vollständig umzäunt und sehr ruhig gelegen. Der nächste Strand ist in 3 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Ein weiterer wunderbarer Strand liegt in ca. 10 Fahrradminuten in Cleder. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wir hatten einen traumhaften 14 tägigen Aufenthalt in der Bretagne bei Thierry! Im Haus fehlt es an nichts. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und absolut alles vorhanden was man so benötigt! Der Atlantik ist nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt! Auf der großen Terrasse kann man bei Flut den Wellen lauschen. In der Umgebung gibt es so ziemlich alles was man in der Bretagne erwartet: Traumhaft schöne Strände mit Karibik Flair, sowie die für die Bretagne typischen Felsküsten - alles fußläufig erreichbar! Thierry ist ein äußerst netter Gastgeber - vielen, vielen Dank nochmals an dieser Stelle! Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Thierry sowie in der Bretagne unseren Urlaub verbringen!

Sehr großzügige Raumaufteilung, super sauber!! Sehr geschmackvoll dekorativ, im maritimen Stil eingerichtet. Freundlicher Empfang und genaue Einweisung. Toller Pool und Whirlpool. . Einrichtung der Küche ist komplett. Sehr ruhige Lage! Nur 2 Gehminuten zum sehr schönen Strand einfach Perfekt!

Nous sommes pleinement satisfaits de notre séjour passé dans cette belle maison, tout confort et dont la piscine couverte est un atout majeur. Très bien située, elle est le point de départ idéal pour visiter les environs (pays des Abers notamment). Restaurants et commerce sont à proximité, nombreuses balades en vélo possibles (vélos à disposition qui plus est!).

We had a wonderful stay in this house in August 2021 with our two kids. We can just confirm all the other positive feedbacks. The location is just great, just a few steps away from the beaches and the house offers a great variety of amenities for everyone. As their guest, you easily notice that Thierry and Sylvie take care of many details that make you enjoy your vacation. Thank you very much, we loved it!

Perfektes Haus für Familien und Freunde! Sehr ruhige Umgebung und strandnah! Besonders war der eingezäunte Garten, sowie der Poolbereich! Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und war immer erreichbar! Wir sind bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen. Vielen Dank für den unvergesslichen, schönen Urlaub!

Wir waren mit Freunden für eine Woche im Juni 2021 bei Familie Floc'h zu Gast. Thierry war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend .Das Haus ist modern und sehr sauber,es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der tolle Pool und auch der Whirlpool haben uns über das doch recht wechselhafte Wetter hinweg getröstet.Das Grundstück ist großzügig und vollständig umzäunt, man hat absolut seine Ruhe.Bis zum Strand überquert man nur eine wenig befahrene Straße. Zum Ort sind es 4 km,für einen gut sortierten Supermarkt mit Tankstelle fährt man etwas länger. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiter,wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Magnifique maison, en bord de mer. Très bien équipée au niveau électroménager. Très bon accueil. Propriétaires très sympathiques, avec des petits cadeaux de bienvenue.

Tout était parfait l'accueil des très sympathiques propriétaires, la maison décorée avec goût, nous avons pu profiter de la piscine, du jacuzzi, à préciser sécurité maximum notre petite fille était aux anges, et de superbes balades sur cette magnifique côte. A très bientôt donc !

Gîte très agréable, décoré avec beaucoup de goût , avec une très bonne dose de confort ( literies entre autres choses ) . L espace aquatique est super , une bonne dose de plaisir assurée. Les chambres sont suffisamment grandes et agréables , le fait d avoir deux Adb est vraiment appréciable. Les plages et sentiers côtiers à deux pas permettent d apprécier le temps Breton ;-) . A retenir aussi l accueil très agréable des propriétaires . Merci à eux pour nous avoir permis de passer une semaine plus qu’agréable.

Excellentes prestations, nous avons passer un superbe séjour malgrés la météo, logique en janvier, grâce à la piscine et au jacuzzi en intérieur, les propriétaires très sympa et très à l'écoute, de très belle balades à faire en bord de mer, villa bien clôturé pour les enfants ou animaux de compagnies, très calme et sans vis à vis, plusieurs petites villes touristique à moins de 20 minutes en voiture, en résumé parfait pour se détendre, Merci à Mr et Mme FLOC'H Marie line FELTESSE ( les Normands)

Maison de vacances très agréable..on s y sent tout de suite très bien. De plainpied ce qui n est pas négligeable..de beaux volumes bien étudiés..et un coin zen piscine spa très agréable. S il y avait 2 qualificatifs à retenir.. propreté et calme..on peut y ajouter que l on se sent en pleine sécurité..un vrai cocon..pas de vis à vis en plus.tout le confort souhaité à 3 min de la plage..je recommande vivement vous ne serez pas déçus..

Einfach schön war es in der Bretagne. Sowohl das Haus als auch die Landschaft hat uns sehr gut gefallen :-) Thierry und Sylvi haben uns auch sehr nett empfangen und gute Tipps gegeben. Also wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder :-)

Accueil très chaleureux par les propriétaires très à l'écoute de leurs locataires. La maison est d'une propreté irréprochable, dans un environnement calme et apaisant. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et son agencement par rapport au reste de la maison. Nous avons passé deux semaines vraiment très agréables. Un séjour qui donne envie de revenir !

Séjour agréable en bord de mer. Maison à proximité immédiate de la plage, bien équipée. L’espace piscine avec son spa et la grande plages accessible à pieds sont très appréciables. Das Haus, ganz nahe am Atlantik ist wunderbar. Falls es mal schlecht Wetter ist kann man das Baden auch im schönen Innenpool geniessen. Ein Haus, ein Ort, eine Gegend einfach zum weiterempfehlen!

Nous avons été très bien reçu ...superbe maison avec un grand espace piscine et Jacuzzi très confortable.. A quelque mètres de la plage qui est magnifique ,plusieurs criques et une grande plage de sable blanc avec une eau turquoise..les vélos sont mis à disposition pour découvrir les alentours...ballade ,cheval ,chasse au trésor organisée par l office du tourisme ..etc......Merci pour ce séjour... Nous reviendrons....

Séjour avec nos deux filles et quatre petits-enfants dans une vraie maison de vacances, moderne, spatieuse, bien décorée, avec une belle et grande pièce séjour-salle à manger et une cuisine ouverte où rien ne manque. Et une piscine couverte avec une eau à bonne température, dont tout le monde a bien profité, ainsi que le jacuzzi. Une semaine très ensoleillée, permettant de belles excursions, et de profiter de la plage à 80m. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse et les petites gâteries...

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette villa. Elle est parfaitement équipée, décorée avec goût, un vrai esprit vacances. Journées rythmées entre l'espace détente et les balades en bord de mer, qui est à 2 mn à pied de la maison. La côte est superbe, et de nombreuses plages sont trés rapidement accessibles. Bref, de vraies vacances, dont nous sommes rentrés ressourcés! Et surtout avec l'envie de revenir trés vite. Merci encore pour votre chaleureux accueil

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison qui correpond au descriptif sur le site. Elle est propre et bien équipée. Au calme et à quelques pas de la mer. L' espace piscine/jaccuzi est superbe. La maison est bien située pour visiter cette belle partie de la Bretagne. Les propriétaires sont absolument charmants.
