The private outdoor area includes a pool, garden, balcony, and barbecue (available for an extra fee). The entire property consists of 2 separate homes, with the host living in one of them. There is one parking space on the property and free street parking nearby.
No groups of young people are allowed. For bookings of 2 guests, only one bedroom will be available. The apartment is loft-style; the master bedroom and bathroom are accessed via stairs. The owner can guide you on excursions and activities upon request.
There are cats at the neighboring house. Parties and pets are not permitted. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace. The property may not be used for commercial photo shoots.
Check-in is from 16:00 to 20:00, and check-out must be before 10:00. Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 9:00.
A deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded after departure if there is no damage or excessive electricity use. Meter readings may take up to 1 week if departure falls on weekends or holidays.
A vacation rental agreement must be signed before arrival or at check-in. By law, all guests must complete a registration form as required by current regulations.
