Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, obwohl wir noch spät draußen etwas essen und trinken wollten.
Die Beschilderung vom Parkplatz aus. Sind erst im Restaurant gelandet und konnten den Eingang nicht finden

We checked in online in advance and had booked two separate rooms. However, when we arrived, we had to wait 40 minutes before being able to access our rooms.
We were also surprised to find out that a €100 deposit was required in case anything was damaged.
The soundproofing is terrible. Throughout the night and early morning, I could clearly hear a child running and stomping around in the room above us, making it very difficult to rest.
In addition, the chandeliers were dusty and dirty, and the bedding did not appear clean.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience and did not meet our expectations.
