Everything although the spa was a bit of an anticlimax

Everything except the spa. No sauna!

We have stayed here many times, when we visit family this time we had two connecting rooms worked very well. Would be nice is there was a discount for regular customers. Reception Staff-front of house a great asset, they are professional, helpful and very good Breakfast team very nice and cleaning staff good Feel at home and safe in the hotel very important for travellers

Find the seating in the bar too low and uncomfortable for the back, better seats more supportive

Great location, excellent staff, but breakfast very disappointing as usual. The food is tired/ unappetizing. Why not cook some fresh eggs at least?

Breakfast. Very unappetising and tasted like it had all been sitting in the warmers for hours.

Would be great if, before checking me in, the room hadn’t been left open for who knows how long and then filled with mosquitoes (dozens of them). Because I was too lazy to deal with them after 20 minutes, I just used (very strong) mosquito repellent for the night, which prevented bites — but the sound during the night was like a mosquito air show. Very poor quality control from the hotel. (P.S. I did not ask for a new room, Moscito Hotel was fully booked)
