Host was great. Showed us how to make coffee in a Bialetto and even brought us a bigger pot and some coffee. Location was fantastic. Only suggestion I would have was to have a TV that had Netflix and / or Amazon Prime built in so foreign guests can login and get shows in their native language. Overall great flat!!

The property was as expected. The only issue we had was that there was listed a dryer in the apt, but were unable to either find it or if the washer was a dryer too, we couldn’t figure it out. We ended up going two blocks away to a laundromat.

Great location, convenient to all the Florence highlights, spacious, nice to have a kitchen and laundry. Chiara and Francesco were prompt with every communication and went out of their way to accommodate our requests.
