The neighborhood boasts a community pool, picnic area, bathhouse, covered lanai, and grills, enhancing your vacation experience. The nearby beach access ensures that the sugar-white sands and emerald waters are always within easy reach.

**No Smoking!**
**No Parties!**
**The primary renter must be at least 25 years old**
**No units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults under 25 unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian at a ratio of three (3) children/young adults to one (1) adult over the age of 25**
**30A Vacay rental agreement is required to be signed prior to arrival**
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Master Bedroom (First Floor): King Bed, private en-suite bathroom, access to front porch.
Guest Bedroom (First Floor): Full-over-Full Bunk Bed with Twin Trundle, en-suite bathroom, access to back porch.
Parking for 2-3 cars. (Additional parking is the sole responsibility of the guest)
-$150 non refundable Pet Fee and $500 Refundable (if no damage) Pet Deposit Required. Please contact our office after booking to add your pets to your reservation.
-Guests will be required to be present at the property for any maintenance issues if you are unable to crate or contain your pet.
-Walton County does not allow pets on the beach without a permit. In order to obtain a permit, you must be a Walton County resident.

We have stayed in this neighborhood many times and we love the location and the beach access. The house was clean and the minimal contact we needed to have with the rental company was always responded to very quickly. They provide the starter basics like coffee filters, dishwashing detergent/soap, and some laundry detergent. The only two things that I would add for improvement are the size of the family room television and just some general touch up paint on the exterior. We loved the screened in porch as well as the other three porches on the property.

When we first arrived there was a vehicle parked in the driveway for the house. The parking areas are small to begin with and no parking is allowed on the street. I called the management company but they had no help for us. Walking into the house we were also surprised to find the bedrooms on the lower level and the living room/kitchen on the upper level. It may have been detectable from photos on the listing, but we certainly didn't pick up on this until arrival. Overall good stay. Good kitchen furnishings for our needs. Don't expect to watch much TV if staying there unless you sit close and have your own streaming subscriptions.
