Situated directly on our white quartz beach with the azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico at your feet, this south view allows you to enjoy our beautiful morning sunrises (possibly sighting a dolphin or two playing in the surf) while also enjoying a view of the city lights in the evening. | The new open plan kitchen has quartz counter tops, upscale appliances and an abundance of beautiful Wood-Mode/Brookhaven cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, Keurig coffee machine as well as a 12 cup coffee maker. The spacious bedroom has two queen size Tempurpedic beds with an suite soaker bath/shower combination The living room and the master bedroom has 55 inch Tvs. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is four. All information about property and view were perfect. Wish the front office would have let me know I allowed to use beach and pool till 4pm on day I checked out. My flight wasny till 6:50pm.

Palm Bay is located in prime Siesta Key, the beach is large, always raked, and maintained by security to ensure only guests utilize the property. Our unit (unit 68 in the tower) was beautiful and well-appointed. Unfortunately, the property as a whole doesn’t seem to have been kept up like you would expect from one of the most expensive weekly rentals on the island. For several years now, they have had elevator issues in the tower - there was a time during our most recent stay that both elevators weren’t working at all and we were on the 6th floor. Additionally, the entire tower was out of AC for an entire day (in July!) for a repair. I have been coming here with my family for over 20 years and have great memories, however, they hiked the rates 20% yet again for next year and did not offer any sort of discount for this years stay due to the elevator and AC issues. We reluctantly decided to move complexes next year for the first time ever. If you do decide to stay, you will surely enjoy but be cautioned if you rent a tower unit and be prepared to walk quite a bit to the beach if you are in the other buildings. Hope this is helpful!
