About this apartment rental

This third floor 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. For your convenience, there is a spacious elevator. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbeques. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of four people. The bedroom is furnished with 2 queen size beds with a 42" flat screen TV. The living room has a 50" flat screen TV . The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker as well as a Keurig machine . The condo is completely tiled throughout. The comfortably furnished patio is screened-in so that you and your family can enjoy our lovely tropical breezes.

Great location, ammenities were good, could be updated some ( high toilets, walk in shower, and lower beds )

All the resorts on the Florida Gulf were hit hard by several storms last year with high water. The ground floor of this resort was flooded with three feet of water. Those units are stripped to the studs up to four feet. They are working hard to get them refurbished. That said, the pool was heated to a lovely temperature, and the resort has its own section of Siesta Beach. We had a lovely stay (on the third floor!)

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As usual we had a very nice, clean room. This time we weren’t in the towers but we really enjoyed staying in the club suite, room 147. A nice touch this year was the young man who brought your chaise lounges out to the beach. Can’t wait until next year.
