It is conveniently located between the pool and the private white sandy beach! A vacation to The Palm Bay Club will surely delight all members of your family! | KING BEDROOM | | Sleep peacefully on the pillow-top king size bed. Bedroom has Tommy Bahama furnishings, two night stands, full length dresser, 32" TV and a desk and chair. This bedroom has an updated bath with walk-in shower with a shower seat and hair dryer. | | DOUBLES BEDROOM | | This bedroom has two double beds with pillow top mattresses, one night stand, full length dresser and a 32" TV. The adjacent, updated bath has a walk-in shower and hair dryer as well. | | KITCHEN | | Newly updated with cabinets and granite counters. This kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to feel right at home. | | OPEN LIVING / DINING ROOM | | Living room has a sofa, love seat, two accent chairs, coffee table, end table and a 42" flat screen TV with HD . Dining area has glass table that seats six. Sliding glass doors go out to balcony with a glider love seat, coffee table, two chairs and an ottoman, so you can enjoy the Florida sunshine! Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.

Beautiful! Clean and well stocked! Loved that all of the beach necessities were available, which made it so nice having kids with us! The spacious corner condo was very roomy! I used to vacation every year during my childhood at Palm Bay Club. I hadn’t been back in 20 years and it is still as amazing as ever!! Can’t wait for our next trip!

This unit was exactly as presented in the description. Very well appointed with bonus beach umbrella, thank you for that! The unit was clean and comfortable. It's proximity to the beautiful beach was just a short walk to the crystal clear water and sugar white sand.The staff is friendly and so helpful. We enjoyed our time immensely and can't wait to return! Our only complaint was the mattresses could due for replacement. The master had a hump in the middle and the 2nd bedroom mattress had a large dip making it uncomfortable sleeping..new mattresses would make this unit perfect. We had guests spend the day with us and the staff was very accommodating to them. The check in process after hours was very easy as well. If there were more than 5 stars possible we would have gladly rated our stay higher! Thank you for making our family vacation so memorable.

Unit 170 was very nice and clean but the master bathroom was outdated and shower head was terrible. The TV on the living area was outdated. It would have been nice if it was a smart tv. In the other bedroom, one of the mattresses was broken down and the bed squeaked terribly every time you moved. Definitely needs a new mattress.
