Unit 48- 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom Condominium with Partial South Gulf Views. | This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condominium located on the 4th floor of our Grand Tower Building. Partial south views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico can be seen from this unit which is perfect for watching evening sunsets! To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 4 people. The bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds with a 32? flat screen TV with dtv streaming service. There is additional sleeping on the queen-size sofa bed in the living room for guests? use with a 55" flat screen TV with dtv streaming service for your enjoyment. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and is supplied with the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo has tile throughout. It is beautifully furnished with a screened in patio and the most spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico.

It was our first time in Sarasota area. We had a fantastic time. Enjoyed the beach and amenities at this facility! Property was as shown in pictures and well supplied w dishes, etc. Weather was slightly cold but we look forward to returning soon! Thank you for hosting us at your property.

We went here for more baby moon and it was so delightful. Right on the beach, beautiful views, clean, and comfy. 10/10!!!

I came to Siesta with my HS age son and one of his friends, where we were meeting other friends. I got the last unit available and we spent 5 nights because that was our only option to be conveniently located near friends for spring break. The condo staff and location were great. I felt comfortable and safe at all times. We stayed in unit 48 of the Towers. All units are individually owned and this unit hasn’t been cared for with guests in mind since the 80’s. Maybe 90’s if I’m being generous. Though the condo was clean, it looked tired and dirty. The beds weren’t comfy, pillows were flat and there were no extra sheets in the unit for the sleeper sofa. This was also the first vacation rental I’ve ever stayed at that didn’t have a wine or bottle opener. The view was fantastic though. Friends stayed in an updated 2 bedroom on the bay side for the same price as my 1 bedroom. I don’t feel like the view compensated for 5 nights of not so great sleep and having to share a bathroom with 2 teen boys 😬. I would definitely rent in this complex again, just not this unit unless the owner developed a bit more pride in ownership.
