My family and I were in DC for the 250th on the 4th of July. The apartment was great and was as described. Patrick was a wonderful host and was responsive to all our needs. I highly recommend staying at this lovely place!

The host had great communication and provided easy check-in and checkout process. Very good experience.

Seemed like someone lives there normally, things were shoved haphazardly into closets to clear the rooms. Could have been cleaner (dead bugs, etc.).
