This was perfect for our group. First timers going to DC just to sightsee. The home was spaced out perfectly with plenty of privacy. The primary bedroom is on the 2nd floor with a large bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are just a few steps up to the 3rd floor with the full bathroom in between. The host was absolutely awesome. The area felt safe and was in a quiet location with a patio overlooking a grassy park in the rear. The metro was a bit far for one of our guest to walk so we took an uber and caught the metro. We loved it and will stay again if we return to DC. Awesome trip! Thank you for letting us stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO property. The unit was spotless upon arrival and the location was perfect for the purpose of our trip. Having parking included was a lifesaver and a key reason we booked this property.We especially enjoyed spending time on the back deck and taking advantage of the grill. The host went above and beyond with thoughtful extras, including snacks and toiletries, which made us feel right at home.Communication was exceptional from start to finish. The host was incredibly responsive, proactive, and helpful whenever we had questions. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would gladly book this property again in the future. Highly recommend!

wonderful property. Loved the coffee provided and little extras for myself and teenage grandkids. Parking space an extra and walking distance to the metro. We all enjoyed our stay.
