The check in process was delayed and I was not told about the on street parking process, although it was resolved quickly when I asked about it. The house is clearly older so all the old things that come with an older house should be expected. The beds were comfortable and kitchen is very inviting, can be a little difficult to find the things you need though. We were disappointed that there was only one TV for a family and we weren’t about to hook up our PlayStation. The onsite garage is a nice to have, but a little challenging to use; we ended up scratching our vehicle because the gate closed on the car as I was backing up. We’ve stayed at home rentals before and this one was definitely not what we expected especially for the money we paid for it.

This was a great house that was nicely updated and comfortable for our family of 5. It was well stocked and convenient to local attractions. The bathrooms and kitchen were nicely updated while still maintaining the classic charm of the house and neighborhood. It was a short walk to restaurants, bars and convenience stores.

Nice comfortable place for my family of seven. We were able to relax and have our own space. The neighborhood was convenient in relatively safe as well.

Host was very good, responsive. However, we had 3-4 maintenance issues while there that required his attention. He was quick to respond and very accommodating, but still: clogged drain; non-existent hot water in one bath; back gate (for car security) not working; etc. place should have been cleaner as well. Over-priced for condition and upkeep.
