Our host, Patrick, went above and beyond for our stay. This was a wonderful house for a family to stay in to celebrate a college graduation in Washington. Patrick was very available to assist us. He provided a clean, welcoming home, well-located and easy to get to various places in D.C. I would highly recommend staying at this property. Thank you, Patrick!

Plenty of space for our group and good value for # bedrooms/bathrooms. Walkable distance from Metro. We had rain the whole time but that didn't slow us down and certainly isn't the owners fault. We would stay here again if we came to DC for another trip.

Seemed like someone lives there normally, things were shoved haphazardly into closets to clear the rooms. Could have been cleaner (dead bugs, etc.).
