Complimentary, password-protected Wi-Fi is included, with internet speeds of 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, making it suitable for remote work and streaming. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, oven, stove, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Fresh sheets and towels are always provided.
The building offers 24/7 lobby surveillance, a fitness area, coin-operated laundry, and a recently remodeled pool.
We continuously invest in maintaining and improving the apartment to ensure a comfortable, quiet, and affordable stay. In addition to regularly replacing smaller items, some of our most recent major upgrades include:
• Full bathroom remodel (January 2026)
• Noise-reducing windows and sliding door (June 2025)
• New blackout curtains for better rest (May 2024)

Many restaurants nearby; property is near the heart of San Juan's most desirable tourist districts (Condado). Condo itself has swimming pool, laundry, and gym.

We were heading out for a cruise and needed someplace reasonable to stay and we came across this listing. What a great find. You can tell the studio was recently updated. It was immaculate, had a kitchen area, comfortable bedding and the bathroom was also spotless. Karla was great with communication and was helpful in getting us in a lttle earlier than scheduled check in as our flight landed early in the AM.

The location of the condo could not be better! It is close to a ton of restaurants and the main resorts/hotels which makes going to the beach, excursions, or grabbing dinner very easy. The check in process was very easy and the property was spotless. There is a very nice pool so that you don’t have to leave the condo if you don’t want to. HIGHLY recommend- I will be back!
