One bedroom apartment close to the beach in Condado - sleeps 4
Experience Condado beach neighborhood living at its finest. The area characterizes itself as a pedestrian focused community with probably the finest urban beach in the Caribbean.
The property is nestled in Ashford Avenue less than one block away from the Condado Beach. There you can enjoy world class kite and windsurfing conditions ( beginners or intermediate lessons are available all year long) or simply enjoy the sunsets while laying in the sand under a privileged climate. After enjoying your swim or day at the beach, head down around the block to: specialty shops, grocery stores, bars, restaurants, cafes, etc. This commercial strip is a great place to mingle with locals or other vacationers and truly experience Puerto Rico.
For the more adventurous ones you can rent a cruiser bike and within a 3 mile ride you will enjoy a number of: historic sites, museums & other unique mix of activities and attractions.
At the condo’s lobby you will find great places to have breakfast, café with fine pastries, beauty parlor and even places to tapas and wine!
The property is a chic 1 bedroom decorated with great taste. Its located at Ashford Imperial Condo, a 24 hour security guard condominium in Ashford Avenue in Condado with a beautiful private pool and library to relax.
The unit has all the amenities of a luxury hotel - is equipped with air conditioning systems throughout the apartment. a fully equipped kitchen ,comfy memory foam queen mattress and a full size futon.
Open the sliding doors to integrate the ocean and enjoy our great weather under the stars or a coffee in the morning overlooking the ocean. TV enjoyment in the living and dining area is possible through a 42” flat screen by means of: cable TV service or high speed cable internet via Wi-Fi (both included). Enjoy a movie night with our Roku that included Netflix and Amazon Instant Video among other streaming services.
For those having a car, the unit houses a secure parking space with controlled access. There is also free parking on the side street as well as paid parking.
Access from the Airport is very straightforward and less than a 12 minute drive (under normal circumstances). A 10 minute drive from the property will get you to Old San Juan, 90 min. to Rincon (world class surfing and pristine Town), 40 min. to Fajardo (most eastbound Town, great marinas and ferry terminal to Vieques and Culebra Islands).

Second time staying in this apartment. The location is great. Encountered no problems, Zoé maintains this unit well. The condo personnel also rate high, very friendly and helpful, security is tops, elevators work great. Did not use the pool, it looks inviting, lots of lounge chaises and chairs, clean area. Hope this apt. is available for our next visit to PR.

This place is absolutely perfect for a couple get-away trip. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was also quite comfortable! We loved the view from our window- it was only 1 street away from the beachfront. Everything you need is within walking distance (grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, beach activities, etc) so you may not need to use a rental car. The check in and check out process had very clear directions, which we also appreciated. The security in this building was excellent- we felt safe and taken care of- the security guards were very friendly and helpful. Practically everyone in this area speaks English, so it was very easy to navigate as an American. We are already planning on coming back to PR and renting this place again! We both rate it 10 out of 10, and very worth the price!
