The most important appliances that can be supported include the refrigerator, internet router, lights, and outlets for charging devices such as a laptop , cellular or using a small blower, among others. Please note that the air conditioner cannot be used with the generator. But, we have 2 Ryobi battery fan. In addition, the building has a backup generator for the elevators and hallways, so those common areas remain operational during power outages.

Studio unit was very clean and comfortable. Views were amazing, left curtains open at night to look out. Host was kind and caring, checked in to make sure everything was just right! Great water views!

Clean and safe building. Parking inside garage was a huge plus. The beach is literally a one block walk. We had a great time. Thank you Jacqueline. We would definitely stay here again.

This is an amazing property! Close to everything! Stunning views and secure building. The host was super helpful with any questions we had. I would highly reccomend! Jayson ,the tour guide they put us in touch with was on point! Thank you for a most wonderful stay! Looking forward to coming back!

Overall this was a great place— prime location, great view, helpful and kind host, nice amenities and well maintained. We had a great stay! Only a couple of small negatives out of control of the owner. 1) a continuous loud compressor noise while sitting on the balcony was somewhat annoying. View made up for it most of the time. 2) the street noise was louder than expected. Not terrible but took a night or two to adjust to it. In spite of these, we had a great experience! Thank you for a lovely stay
