About this apartment rental
Our listings will be completely sanitized for all of our guests and will follow CDC GUIDELINES.
Very comfortable and completely furnished newly remodeled studio. Parking included. Features approximately 495 sq.ft. Fully air conditioned. New AC just installed. Upgraded to a new queen size bed. Balcony faces Ashford Avenue. Remodeled In-ground swimming pool. Lobby has been beautifully remodeled. Fitness Center and Laundry Room available on the 2nd floor of the Condominium. Recently installed WIFI in the apt.
Wireless internet available in apartment and in all common areas of the building.
A short Uber or taxi ride from the airport, Old San Juan and Isla Verde. Luxury hotels and casinos are in the vicinity of the condominium. You may arrange tours such as to the Rain Forest, etc. with the Marriott Hotel.
Hot tub is not functional at this time. Parking included.
Beautiful beaches. Please follow beach rules. Red flag indicates no swimming. Yellow flag means proceed with caution and green flag indicates it’s safe to swim.

I have stayed at this apartment many times. It is very conveniently located in the heart of Condado near restaurants bars casinos shopping Etc. The hosts are very accommodating with ample information for check in and check out. I would highly recommend this apartment

Host was great! Allowed us to get in early. Older unit needs a little updating. Great location with lots of restaurants and close to the ocean with a slight view of the ocean

Lower floor, so no view and a bit noisy at night. Great access to grocery and choice of place to eat, and beaches closeby (not the place to swim). Outdated gym but great still has a gym, and a pool.
Older building, and could benefit from an update.
