Other kitchen amenities include contemporary lighting, maple cabinetry, granite countertops, subzero refrigerator, wolf wine cooler, gas cooktop, double ovens, dishwasher, and so much more! On the street side of the kitchen you will find a sunroom which offers a desk for those that may need to work, or children who need to complete school tasks. The only thing holding this property back is the management company. Any type of communication with them, makes you feel like a nuisance. They only like to text or send messages. Reached out three times to see if early check in was available. I asked about beach chairs- they offered a place to rent them when in fact there are many beach chairs at the property. There is also a pack n play and a infant chair that was not advertised. The management company told me verbatim "We do not ever recommend that our owners provide chairs bikes or toys or any sort of beach items! It is more for us to have to clean up and a liability." There were fingerprints all over the windows, towels from the previous family, outdoor hoses strewn on the ground, hammock left on the ground, and the grill is not usable due to overgrowth of (poison) ivy. Gonna say the management dropped the ball.

We booked this house to share with our family and 2 other couples to enjoy the beach during Thanksgiving. The house is nicely situated for having multiple families as it’s big enough to all be together or to separate for time apart. The kitchen worked well for Thanksgiving and was well stocked. The pictures don’t do this house justice, I was pleasantly surprised that everything was like new. Hot tub and heated pool was a blessing to have as temps were between 70-40 degrees. Only suggestion is better communication regarding trash pickup, pool cleaning, etc during the off season. Highly recommend this house if you’re looking to get away to some peace and quiet and stunning sunsets!

With the exception of a few ceiling fans not working, the place was well maintained and very clean. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the place was and would not hesitate to stay there again!
